Awful customer service. Someone from their sales team was going around houses in my area and offered a window clean for a £27. Thought it was a bit much but agreed since I do need a good window clean. Then I received a text message from them saying I signed up for a window clean every 8 weeks which is not what I agreed to. When I asked if I can get a one time service, they replied that they only offer their services on a subscription based system and I can cancel any time. I hired these guys they had been to my house a couple of times the first man did a good service then as time went on they would show up whenever not on the fixed day but the last guy barely touched the windowsills and doors it was a rush job 1 second a window and £22 a rip off then when I contacted them they had the cheek to say I didn't complain about the cleaning why would I be unsatisfied with the service then even though I'm sure their leaflet states if your not satisfied we will clean it again for free.
