This was an awful experience ruining a great birthday celebration. Customer service awful. Showed up to check in with my confirmation. Told there wasn't a confirmed reservation even though I had already confirmed with the hotel twice before coming down. Now being forced to purchase a room at the rate they feel like giving me because I have no other choice unless I want to be homeless for the night. Ice brought so much business here. Food at the buffet was delicious. Employees were courteous and polite.
Too much cigarette smoke! Other than that, we were satisfied like we usually are.
The Buffet for someone who eats very little had three servings and then sum. The room very nice and the bed so nice and comfortable.
My hubby and I love staying here regularly in the summer, and love the outside pool as well as the Gypsy Bar at night. We always feel like family which is why we never go anywhere else. The switch over to Mlife was a little rough , but it seems to have for the most part settled down. I think customer service is amazing especially with all the unhappy and rude people they have to deal with. I have never had any issues and I feel it's all in the way you approach things. I attended the Sebastian Maniscalco show on 7/9. The show was excellent , however the seating is not comfortable. The chairs are banquet chairs which are locked into each other and you sit very close to people. Should have theater seats especially at the price you pay. Also there was only one exit coming out of the theater . It was like herds of people being routed through 1 exit door. Then as you exit coming down the escalator security keeps waving to you to come down....well we can't go any quicker then the escalator. Not ... read more
