We went because my husband was never there, spent a ton of money and didn't even get free parking ! What a disappointment, not even a dollar off a meal either...ridiculous, next time I will go elsewhere. Oh and not even one lousy drink offered while I was playing either, I actually went to the bar and spent more money, I guess spending $700 for an overnight was peanuts..
My husband and I stayed there Wednesday night and the customer service was awful every where we went. We ordered lunch and it came out wrong and the girl was not even sorry that she did it wrong. She was annoyed and had an attitude. Not even I'm sorry. They had to close the bar by the pool because they were short handed and the customers got mad because they were not told and the waitrsss was annoyed again. Wonderful service from the start to the end... employees went above and beyond to make our stay excellent!! I worked for Disney for 12 years and I have a high expectation for customer service and this Hotel and the experience is a 5 star for sure!! Keep up the great work.

This new system with waiting for a text when your room is ready sucks. Also I asked the check in guy to put the resort fees on my credit card and not to take them out of my comps. Of course the next morning they were taken out of my comps. On a good note the hotel was still clean.
I was there July 4 2017, staff said pool was being clean will be reopened July 5. July 5, pool still closed. July 25, 2017, my younger kids looking foward for pool, again pool closed for cleaning. Borgata you've become very dissapointing. A straight & honest answer would have been appreciated or let the kids use your other pool as compensation.
Great hotel just can't afford to stay overnight! Saw Jeff Dunham over the wknd n I played at your casino some but so nice I don't go often, not sure how all that worked. lol Mayb one day I'll b back soon!
