Poor customer service. The beer garden was closed at night.
Was not appreciative to see maintenance/cleaning carts expressing political views. I expect to come, enjoy myself and not have political views involved. I'll think twice before returning.
I generally dont win but I won a little this time.. what i like are the slot machine choices, what I hate is all the smoke...I had a headache and was dizzy. Cant get away from the smoke. And, my gelato was terrible!! Tasted like it had freezer burn. Almost like old ice cubes. Waste of money. I bought for 5 people, spent 25 bucks and it sucked.. hence the 3 stars...!!!
While this is a nice hotel I definitely do not believe it was worth the rate we paid. Was a little disappointed... The restaurants close early, some as early as 9pm so we were stuck eating in the food court which was not any better than the local malls. The pools and SPA also close early, 7 pm,! it's summer time.
When I go to AC for dinner the only place I eat Is the buffet here. I only eat the meats and seafood which have many choices NOT smothered in red sauces like another buffet. Many choices of veggies etc. It's gourmet cooking all the way.
Does anyone else think that since MGM took over Borgata things have gone downhill ? No wins on the slots & service in all areas is poor
The Borgata is the ideal hotel when visiting Atlantic City. The Borgata is elegantly modern and full of ambiance. There are 5 star restaurants by some of the worlds top chefs and you can find Fat Burger and the Boirgata Baking Company on the premises as well. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The nightlife is also pretty awesome and on site. What more can you ask for?
I love the Borgata! It's a beautiful property, well maintained and clean. It's my place to go when I want a break from philadelphia. ❤️
Beautiful, first time there yesterday to see Jill Scott, we will be back again!!!
