Clean modern comfortable rooms. Poor customer service. We had broken lock in our room and when we call front desk we were told that they don't have anybody to send up with new keys. We went down to get new set to find out that lock was broken and we can't get in for the second time we went up . We got new room far away from the rest of the rooms we had booked. Always top notch. Highest quality in gaming industry. Always say to my friends, why waste the time flying to Las Vegas, when you have the Borgata here. Keep up good work can’t wait for my annual Super Bowl weekend there
We have had very good experiences at borgata. The only thing it is missing is a true sports bar! There is NO WHERE to go watch a game! The long bar is way too small. Borgata needs to add a huge sports bar with lots of tv's and bar food.
I loved this Hotel stayed here for the first time for Hubby' s Bday Getaway. It was so Beautiful everything was perfect no complaints. We will definitely be back soon.
Always a class time...love it there. Service is good, the casino is clean, it feels good to be there.
