I only had 1 complaint. My slot machine tilted or jammed up at 3 in the morning and I had to wait 2 hours for an attendant to come and give me my money out of the machine so I could go to sleep I spoke to five managers and nobody offered me any help of any kind or compensation for my time
Very nice location and very convenient far as food location. Concert venue. Love the pool. Over all great customer service was great
Used to be a 4.5. Amphora lounge has been slacking lately as well as other areas of the hotel since MGM has taken over. Have been coming here regular for over 10 years. Also hate that Old Homestead is closed on Sundays

We had a great overnight stay. The service was good and the hotel itself is very nice.
For the price they charged for just one night it should of been perfect, the toilet moves, exhaust fan I don't think it was working, and we had to call for a remote for the tv, but other than that yes it was just okay.
Totally recommend this place!!! Is totally clean and the staff is super friendly! Keep up the good work!

My wife and I have been going to Borgata since the Taj closed we are both gold card holders. We were just going for the day because they wanted over 200 hundred for that Saturday a gold card holder your kidding. When we got there went to the concierge service to enquire about a host and she sent me to the high slot cage. This person was very polite she said they don't assign host.
