My 1st time here to the concert for Victor Manuel. It was awesome, clean and friendly staff. Will be going back to visit. With my family from Connecticut
After a few hours of roulette we went off to the buffet. The woman who was seating us was certainly not a pleasant human being. Shameful treatment of the people who make it possible for you to have a job.
We had a wonderful stay at the Borgata. It was a beautiful room and excellent Customer service

RecommendedI Found everything up to my expectations had a situation accessing machine Comps went to Front Desk and after insisting on some one to Help Me Finally i got someone to escort me to Machine He was patient i might add and nice considering i had a Cocktail or 2 Over All Good Stay Thank You !
Demetrius at Bell Services was pleasant and efficient. Our room was clean and well kept. I would have liked to have better lighting in the room and throughout the hotel floors; the "dim" lighting makes for an uncomfortable feeling of safety. Casino was and always is a shitshow of loud drunk patrons that security generally ignores and there are WAY TOO MANY smoking sections; not enough restrooms -- which again when found were down long secluded corridors. We had a fabulous time! Our dinner was outstanding and the comedy show was so funny! We got a beautiful room on the 33 floor. We want to do this every year for our anniversary, we came last year in February and had a blast. We hope they offer this deal every year.
