Hired a van on the 21st December where I gave them a £350 deposit to hire the van. I was told it would be returned within 4 days of returning the van, but one month on and after multiple ignored phone calls and bounced emails - I'm having to call my card provider to sort a chargeback. No idea if this is what they do on the regular but it clearly boosts their cashflow! Pretty disappointing service

Vans are good and check in process was quick. Big problem is that they take a deposit from your account but dont return it in the return period that is stated. We hired on 6 Dec and it's now mid-Jan and still missing our deposit. They dont answer their phones to discuss getting the deposit back so thats £350 of ours that they are currently holding.

My fiance hired a van from here on 17th November to move down from his home to mine in bordon to this day which is 27th December he is still waiting on his deposit to go back into his account he has called them more than once and all he gets is it will go into ur account by the end of the day he is still waiting it's a joke they take 5 seconds to take the money out of ur account but take forever to put it back in will never use this company again

Bordon Hire Ltd is such a shambolic company. They do not return phone calls, or emails. We hired on 28th October (a Saturday) no space to park the vehicle on its return. Because we parked outside the building they said we blocked the whole car park. They charged a further days hire even though it was a Sunday and they were closed, plus an out of office charge of £50 to move the vehicle in silent hours.. Vans very good. Shame about after sales service had to chase for final invoice and deposit repayment a few times.
