i give a solid 4 for my experience buying a 2014 GMC Acadia. fast and easy buying. only thing is that i was didnt quite feel welcomed and sales guy was not enthusiastic and excited for my business. but i would do business again.
My husband and I purchased a new 2016 Encore our Salesman Taylor Sutton was most helpful and patient with us as we determined which vehicle we like the most. Pulling out serval so we could test drive them and see what would be best for us. After taking care of all the paper work with Biff who was very helpful. Taylor went over the vehicle With us and set up my cell phone for me and I really appreciated all his help with the navigation also. I would Definitely recommend Borcherding Buick and Taylor.
