be honest ! very crooked!
The service department has a hard time with communication with its customers. Long waits even with an appointment. It’s a shame because I have enjoyed my Buick!!!

This dealership didn’t replace the oil in the car after being paid for an oil change. Literally NO oil was in the tank as it had to be filled with 5 quarts. Highly don’t recommend!
Be honest instead of playing on words when selling used vehicles that are not "certified," and refund money in a more timely manner. It's been over 6 weeks and I'm still waiting on the refund that is owed to me.
I initially went there for a 2016 Malibu I saw on their Facebook page however due to some careless actions on my behalf with my credit I didn’t qualify to get the car. Most car dealerships would turn me away or ask for more money down and put me in something I don’t want. I was working with Brian and he was VERY helpful and nice. I was approved for a 2013 Ford Fusion (very nice car) and was assured that once I build up my credit I could upgrade within a year or two. My wife and I had a wonderful buying experience at Borcherding Buick when leasing a new Buick Encore. Our salesman, Mike Breeze, took the time to explain all the leasing rebates and terms. I felt at the time and now a couple days later that we got the best deal on the SUV that we wanted all thanks to Mike. We will definitely lease/buy from Borcherding again and ask for Mike for our salesman.
