RecommendedWe shopped every dealership and found the best deal on the perfect vehicle for us at Borcherding! The Great customer service
I was in the market for a new SUV and was pretty specific about what I wanted. Unfortunately it was not easy to find but Chris worked so hard for over a week to find me exactly what I wanted and I am so appreciative! He’s great and gave me an awesome price. I drove an hour to come to this dealership because my local GMC dealer didn’t bother to help me. Very satisfied!! Highly recommend and Chris is the best!!
I will NEVER buy another vehicle ever again from here. I purchased a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica from them 7 months ago, I’ve made 6 trips to get my coolant leak fixed and it’s a different story every time as to why they can’t fix it. BIGGEST WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!!! I would love to talk to the supervisor of this establishment.
Shoddy work and the service manager is rude.
My husband and I purchased a box truck a few years ago, drove the 2 hrs to Cincinnati and were happy with the purchase. We are now in the market for another one. My husband has called and messaged, I called and left a message after the operator assured me that they still sell commercial vehicles despite their lack of on line inventory. I still have not heard back. Never had so much trouble spending $30k in my life.

I purchased a 2015 certified Buick with 31k. By 60k It has lost 2 water pumps, an ac compressor, and even though THEY replaced the power steering pump 19k ago, they wont fix their own repair. They say its because I yelled at them... REALLY? This is a terrible dealer and service center. Go ANYWHERE but here.
