They sell junk stay away from this place. I bought a 2007 buick from these people. It's was this time last year. The man assured me the ac worked. Last summer try to get the ac to work no luck needs condenser replaced. I go to check fluids radiator is full of stop leak so I had the radiator flushed the heater core has a leak in it they knew they was going to rob me on the car also told me the car had remote start but the key fob was broken so I bought the key replacement and it's from a different company they don't stand beh... read more
Great place to buy a car or to get auto repairs done.
Quite disappointed with the decline of their service recently. The experience we've had this weekend with their customer service, or lack there of, has left us no choice but to choose a different dealership to service our vehicles, and for our next purchase in the near future.
Left my convertible in the rain with the top not put on properly and window open. Sorry doesn't cut it. Not the first time car has been returned with something broken or damaged. Been an unwilling customer for 8 yrs. every time there is something unrelated damaged due to negligence of service staff
Very very dissatisfied with the service department. They have had my vehicle three separate times within the last two weeks and still have not fixed the Onstar in my car. Really guys. I'm and beginning to have serious doubts about their competency level.
Could not ask for better customer service. I will be back and continue to lease every three years. Mike Breeze is top notch! I am so thankful that he not only sold me my Terrain, but is always there if I need to bring it in for service. He picks it up and drops it back off. I work a lot so this is very convenient for me! Awesome service Borcherding! I am a customer forever! :0)
