Professional service, responsive staff. Thank you Katrin who advised computer glasses and to my surprise they suited me. For my work, these glasses are very comfortable, which I am very pleased with.

Didn't think the staff were qualified or competent. They were ultra keen to sell the most expensive options on offer. Selling me Zeiss when Boots would do. Or selling me varifocal when I didn't need it yet. A little bit of fear factor tactics as well when trying to sell the Zeiss varifocal lens worth over £450!! Saying things like if I don't go for it I would not be able to see properly or that I would need two pairs - one for reading and one for distance. Just a really bad experience. I've been coming to this branch in Mill Hill Broadway before it was a Boots optician! I usually see Katerina for my appointments and to discuss my needs and she's always super super helpful and friendly, as is the actual optician. I always get a thorough eye test including a peripheral vision check and other things! They are always very efficient and helpful and answer all my questions. I have no need to go to any other optician! And i can't wait to collect my new glasses!
