Have been Boots customers premium scheme for contact lenses and glasses for over 10 years. The staff is friendly but could be better if been trained for more service minded and hospitality over the phone. Ordered contact lenses and glasses and paid in full. Waited for over 10 days with no feedback until I had to chase the order myself which contact lenses and glasses arrived at store but nobody called.
