Brilliant staff
I dropped and damaged my glasses last night. I went in to Boots - the staff member remembered me and was friendly and helpful. She said that she could not fix them but if I could come back in 30 minutes, Connor would be free to fix them. When I went back 30 minutes later, he had fixed them and they'd cleaned them too. No charge.
