Amy Bishop conducted my Level 2 survey, and it was thorough. Identifying all the small details via a detailed PDF report. I would highly recommend it, more expensive than other competitors, but the quality alone is worth it. She even checked the loft area!, some surveyors dont even bring a ladder! Highly recommended.

Excellent local business. I have bought a house from them and also used them to rent out a property and manage it for me. They are excellent as estate agents and letting agents and would recommend them to anyone in Cannock. I intend to use them for another rental in the near future.
