I made a specific appointment for my granddaughter to get shots today only to be told that there is NO M.D. there today for shots!!!!! Please have the CO contact me I would like to know WHY you made an appointment you could do nothing about. I was told I should have called this morning before the appointment to see if a M.D. was there??
I come in 15 mins early to only have to wait 30 or more mins after my appointment time. An appt that only takes all of 5 mins when the doctor comes in the room. The doctor always seems to always be in a rush or too busy to take longer then 5 mins. The pharmacy is always an hour or more wait for me. I just do my refills through the call-in drive-thru when I can..that takes 3 business days.
I have never had a problem with any of the staff here and I expect to wait 15-20 minutes to be seen. I'm blessed to be afforded these services and the staff goes above and beyond to meet my families needs; especially the pharmacy! I commend the two women working the pharmacy inside the clinic on July 03, 2015 at approximately 5:30 p.m. Mrs. Flo and Mehri Sarajzadeh. They ask you to arrive 15 minutes early and they don't see you until 20-30minutes after your appointment time. Pharmacy takes forever too. Make sure you free your day.
This is the worst clinic ever! Been trying to call for 3 weeks to get an appt. I tell them we are moving and she needs to be seen before a certain time and still can't help me. I call today she says she can squeeze me in at 2 today and then 5 mins later she can no longer be seen. What a bunch of bullcrap!
