They gave my child a shot I specifically requested them NOT to give him. WHO DOES THAT?! WHO DEFIES WHAT THE PARENTS REQUEST?! now for SOME reason my 1 year old has recieved THREE flu shots within a few months apart.

I transferred here from sewells point clinic.. Wish I would have made the switch sooner! The staff here is always friendly & I typically only wait around 15 minutes to be seen compared to the average wait time of 1-2 hours I experienced EVERY time at the other clinic. The only negative thing I have to say is the wait time at the pharmacy can take a long time but that is expected when there are a lot of people
The receptionist in the OB clinic is rude and unprofessional. If you aren't going to provide your patients with the care and respect they deserve, find a new job. Also, if you can't provide care in the time you have stated you would, don't provide patients with incorrect information and false hope. If I am ever able to get an appointment with your clinic, I hope the rest of the care isn't as horrible as the customer service.
Burn the place down and start over again. I'll never go back to Boone Clinic. From now on I'll go to the emergency room for treatment. Your pharmacy is worse than the DMV!
Never picks up the freaking phone when I try to make a appointment, if you like being ignored and pushed aside go to this clinic!
Googled hours of operation for Pharmacy which said it was open Saturday 7-7. Showed up at 7am, pulled my number to be called, waited half hour only to be told I needed an appointment. REALLY. Thankfully the technician gave me enough pills to last a couple of days. Please put signs in the lobby so that patient's time is not wasted.
Seriously this place is horrible. Especially if god forbid you need to get a prescription! Every single time the wait is at least 2 hours or more to get your Rx filled! How can I call a new Rx in to cvs or Walmart and then be able to pick it up in a matter of 10 minutes but the pharmacy located in the clinic can’t seem to get anyone in and out in under 2 hours. Unreal.
