when I asked for infos about allergy shot, e get told if my cats are the ones giving me problem get rid of them because why health is more important. I chose another doctor to be seen and brought this up. I said my kids stress me out sometimes and i.... the new doctor cut me off and jokingly said them I should get rid of them too. so if my life isnt going so well, should I just kill myself?

Down right disgraceful health clinic. Every time I bring my family here either the appointment was cancelled without notice or they are hours behind. We have have shown up for appointments which the clinic called us to schedule and all of the sudden the appointment doesn't exist. They create more unneeded stress for families. I recommend be seen off base if this clinic is the option given to you!!
Horrible clinic, the worst one I've been to in 23 years. I highly recommend going to Porstsmouth for medical care of any kind. If I could rank the Pharmacy at Boone, it would be in the negatives.
Every time I call this clinic, the people who answer the phone have a bad attitude. It is almost as if I have "bothered" them for calling. If you don't like your job go someplace else.
A 9 month baby wellness appointment (APPOINTMENT like appointed time not suggested time) should be at least around the time given not over an hour later. �
Horrible health facility,,, the Doctor lost my sons evaluation and all they can say is �.. I cannot believe how they can easily misplaced records that I thought are confidential .. so unprofessional...
Dr. Alyn Caulk is extremely unprofessional and obviously overworked. She has absolutely no business working with the public, let alone military Families with sick children. She should be relieved of her position as a provider at this clinic immediately. She intimidates the staff, acts unprofessional in front of patients, and is an embarrassment to the field of medical providers.
