While I can appreciate them offering an additional 15 minutes another time, I have no idea when I’ll be back to this location or when our schedules will next align. Unfortunately, I left feeling more tense and annoyed than before I came in, which defeats the purpose of trying to get a massage. Absolutely amazing, did a deep tissue massage, told them to do it as hard as possible and they did not disappoint. Will be making this my regular spot from now on 😊. The place was clean and the staff was very friendly, I would recommend.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience despite being a returning customer, I was treated with dismissiveness and the lack of basic respect. my massage was cut short and the therapist calls me actual pain and despite my clear discomfort, when I raised concerns, Management's response was to shift blame on to me rather than take responsibility.
