DREADFUL, RUDE OWNER. We pre-paid an order for living room carpet, and agreed the same carpet for hall/landing/stairs would be ordered in the New Year. Living room carpet was fitted this morning; carpet is expected good quality, priced similarly to other suppliers, and fitting seemed fine.
