Rang them in the hope of selling my property, rude lady made feel like I was asking for a favour. Told me her colleague who usually deals with " that sort of thing" was busy and she'd get her to call me back. They never did..... That's 3 grand of selling fees youl not be getting then, later that day found marsh and marsh. Lovely folk

This business isn't professional, one minute they tell you that you have been accepted the next they tell you no you haven't. They do not read the applications properly that you send in and have all wrong information about yourself when talking to you. By the sounds of it they make it up as they go along, not one person tell you the same as the other in the office. I wouldn't rent from these as it's a waste of time!!
