My experience with my dentist was amazing he was very professional and kind and I didn't have any pain during the procedure however I had another appointment due and unfortunately had to cancel 4 days before my appointment due to a funeral and receptionist was very judgemental about it and told me I was wasting NHS resources, I apologized a lot as I felt bad after what she said but she just said whatever, i don't feel like anyone should make you feel bad for missing an appointment no matter the reason.
This place is fantastic. 10 out of 10! I am an incredibly nervous patient so I was sent here for teeth to be extracted under sedation. The clinic is clean and receptionists have always been polite, friendly and helpful. The assistant dental nurses are very friendly and sympathetic and always have a smile on their face. Lynn who was the dentist was so lovely, kind, understanding and professional. It's such a lovely dental practice. My sister usually finds it difficult with new people and places and the staff where amazing with her.
Friendly receptionist and staff, and they were really supportive and calmed my nerves as they took my wisdom tooth out
