Such a shame that the business think its got so much business that it can ignore customers, left message, texted and emailed but no response whatsoever on 2 seperate occasions (initially for deep clean, then for a regular clean enquiry). Would appreciate a simple reply to say cannot take on job rather than ignoring potential customers.
Bonny and her excellent team have cleaned our quite challenging house from top to bottom and it's transformed. They work extremely hard, to an exceptional standard, and they're careful and considerate in their approach to a family home. I recommend them highly.
