I signed up for 121 sessions with Ellie quite close to my due date and I wish I had signed up earlier. Ellie was really informative around the stages of pregnancy and labour and what to expect from NHS maternity services. the sessions gave me confidence through knowledge so I was well armed with questions for my maternity appointments. I also learned great breathing and relaxation techniques . Ellie is fantastic to work with and made me feel very comfortable.
