Extortionate fees of 26% on top of hammer price
Phoned to ask about a valuation and spoke to by a man about some chinese items and felt totally bullied and a time waster. Literally the worst phone experience ever and I haven't mentioned the name in case it counter acts this review.

Tried to get some artwork valued. Filled out the online valuation form twice - heard nothing back (it’s been over two weeks). Emailed them directly - they did reply and said they’d put me in touch with someone. Still heard nothing back.
