no happy. got told these people were one of the best for vintage and antique items. imsent photos of my 1930s walnut faced chest of draws which is worth quite a lot of money. they said they aren’t interested in it and wont help. load of rubbish. you shouldn’t advertise yourselves as auctioning and valuation for old items then if you wont complete the job. worst ever. thankfully another company got back to me saying my chest of draws is worth about £1200.

Good communication / support throughout the auction process. Be warned there's a buyers premium of around 28%. So that in addition to a seller % of around 15%, if you auction this needs to be considered. I was aware of the sellers fee but not the buyers premium which potentially resulted in me getting less for the auction. This should have been made clear upfront but also I should have checked it out. I didn't think there was such a thing as a buyers premium, especially at 28% - very high.
