Poor result, slow to pay, but their customer service particularly bad, not recommended.
Misleading descriptions of Items, they do not explain whats missing, even though they know what collectors should be made aware of. I would be very cautious to spend your money with this auction house.
Client services are a shambles. Having purchased, they gave the wrong information where lots are stored, allow you to waste time collecting from the wrong locations and are utterly indifferent to inconvenience and cost caused of paying couriers for that If they have something you want, hard to avoid but stick to more professional operations like Christie’s, Sotheby’s or outside London, Dreweatts
