All the staff were the nicest people I've ever met they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and answer any questions you may have. Dr. Looney was awesome just the sweetest doctor and he also makes you feel comfortable and takes the time to answer any questions you may have. I highly recommend Bone and Joint Institute of Tennessee.
I had an appointment with Dr Perkinson at 2pm, taken back to a room sat there for over an hour, no one came in to let me know the delay, so I left without seeing the doctor. My time is valuable as well as I will take my business to someone who values it as well. Called for over an hour and finally talked to someone, if your time is valuable don't use this place
