RecommendedFirst of all I have been seeing Dr. Looney for about 6 or 7 years. Dr. Looney is the most caring Dr. I have ever been too. He has a very sweet demeanor besides the fact he is an excellent Dr. The new facility is State of the Art. Absolutely beautiful. Looks like something you only see in New York magazines. I’m quite sure all the Dr. at Bone and Joint Institute of Tennessee are wonderful as well.
