Very nice from all the staff starting from the greeter downstairs!! Beautiful building !! The nurse and the Doctor was very kind and took time with me! I would tell every one that it was so nice! I highly recommend the Bone and Joint Institute!!
Great visit, kind provider and staff was engaging! Was a visit for an 8yo and it was comfortable/not intimidating in the least! Got appointment easily and all went efficiently! We will use this office again! Super convenient, easy to get to, beautiful facility as well!!

I was very well pleased with my entire visit
Dr.Byrom and his staff were all so kind, helpful and attentive. Dr. Byrom listened to my concerns, went over my mri results with me and showed me what he was taking about as we went in terms I could understand. When I thought of other questions after he left, he quickly came back to answer them. Such a great appointment! Put me at ease.
First time visit at the Bone and Joint Institute of Tennessee. Very nice facility and all the staff were great!
The new complex is soooo fabulous.. Dr. Calendine (yesterday “The Birthday Boy”) and his staff make you feel like family. I so appreciate the warmth and care they continue to give.. along with being so professional and thorough.
I like being able to file out all the paper work on line before my visit.
