My experience was great and I love Dr Paul Thomas. I think so much of him I have researched his history and he has treated me many times. He is one of the best doctors in the United States in my book, and the relationship he has with his patients is outstanding and he is a good Christian man cause he prays for the Lord to guide him before he operates on his patients. The new facility is beautiful & amazing! Patient comfort was greatly considered in the new facility! Our family has always received great care from the physicians at Bone and Joint Institute of Tennessee for 18 years or more! We have always been very satisfied with the care & compassion we’ve received!
The Staff are Friendly, Professional, and Caring. Dr. Watson is great, he explains everything, and listens to the patient.
Dr Paul Thomas is the best Orthopedic Physician that I have ever had. He fixes my pain, so I can go on with my life. I highly recommend him.

The environment is very inviting. All staff I interacted with smiled and seemed genuinely interested. Dr. Derr took the time and patience to explain my foot problem and the exercises to help.
very friendly and knowledgeable staff! we arrived 45 minutes before our scheduled appointment and they took us right on back! great experience for us! would recommend to anyone!
