All the nurses and drs we had were exceptional. One of the few hospitals left with a staff that good.

This hospital deserves no more than zero stars, however that is not an option so we will have to go with one. The medical staff and administration and DePaul is incompetent and only cares about profiting. I would strongly encourage people to go to Sentara emergency rooms instead of the DePaul Medical center emergency room for care. The staff is very helpful and friendly. As a Catholic, it is nice to have a hospital that is faith based to choose from. My whole experience was the best ever.

I don't have a problem with the hospital but I do have a problem with the cafeteria. I bought a corn beef sandwich and the meat was brown. I immediately ask for my money back.
I want to thank my husband's ER Charge Nurse, Yyana for her outstanding work! Yyana went beyond the call of duty to make sure that he was seen ASAP. Yyana spoke to me like a sister would have, walking me down the road of what to expect and what to & not to do... THANK YOU Yyana for your wonderful care, understanding and "over the top" work ethic.
