Am sad to share this review. I love my doctor and have been a patient here for nine years. They have been reschedule my annual for OVER A YEAR. The receptionist i spoke to this morning DID NOT CARE and was RUDE AND CURT. I guess I will be finding another doctor who is not inconvenienced to see her patients
I hate to leave negative reviews, but I was referred here by my mother in law who has always had a great experience with them, but my experience has not been well at all. I love my doctor, Dr. Heidtman, but once I have my baby, I will be switching OBGYN's. The staff here is unfriendly and not helpful. I have experienced maybe two friendly staff members other than my doctor. RecommendedGreat Cardiac Dept, they have a wonderful staff, had a stress test and everyone was awesome!!! Would recommend OLBH for the best care.
I had a horrible experience with OLBH while my mother was here. I spoke with several people trying to address my concern. No one seemed to care or felt that nothing was done wrong. My mother was weak and ordered to have nothing by mouth. It took therapy 3 days to conduct a swallow test and they only had to come from the 1st floor to the 3rd floor. Dr. Hood was amazing! I spent 15 days in the hospital due to preeclampsia and other issues with my twin pregnancy. He did my c section and I can’t say enough wonderful things about him! However, when I went to schedule my annual, for this summer, I was told that I couldn’t see him or any of the other doctors for an annual until February 2020. I feel this is unacceptable considering I was a high risk patient anyway. What if I was having other issues and had to wait 7 months to be seen? Sadly, I was forced to go to another doc... read more
