My Husband had a "Heart-Procedure" done yesterday through Ambulatory Care Pavilion. The Staff were Very Attentive to me during the process and kept me abreast of everything that was happening. Thank You for making the scary experience for me a not-so-scary experience with all of the Doctor's, Nurses' and Staff's kindness!
My 5 star rating is as a result of my experience with the labor and delivery nurses and the nurses in the Special Care Nursery. My preemie baby was in the hospital for two weeks and she got phenomenal care from every nurse there. The care I got as a patient there was wonderful as well. I believe this is the best place to have a baby in Hampton Roads, hands down.
My 96 year old Nana was taken this ER for heart issues. After an initial review it has been over 4 hours and a doctor has not been back to check on her. They say she needs to be admitted but have failed to get her into a room. No one has any answers or seems concerned as if this is the norm. If you can avid it do not come to this hospital.
