If giving no stars was an option I would. Returned to car after they finished their shift to find a dent on a wheel arch along with a chip on my rear bumper and several new scratches on my paint work. Also paid for the platinum which was supposed to be £28 but guy said he'd do it for £20 (gold price) which also is supposed to clean in side and completely missed the inside of the doors. Livid with the service.
Awful. Met Dorin. Wanted to go for Gold service 4x4. On the wall it clearly says what they should do but he said no deodorant, will only wipe with dry cloth etc. Was simply trying to fleece. Then said will only take cash and that they always have been like that. Showed him last time I paid by phone. Shame a product such as autoglym is loosing reputation due to poor service and bad practices.
Paid for full valet. Still water marks all over car and litter in door pockets.
Paid £65 for a full Valet. Interior and exterior, Wax and polish. Interior not cleaned thouroughly (at that price I expect it to be spotless) when I got home I used a heap of baby wipes (see pic) to clean interior. Also had to remove a sticky blob from the front of bonnet. Chrome trim sprayed with a chemical not for chrome and left spatter marks (see pic) wish I’d read reviews beforehand.
Shocking would never use this service again car really not clean
