Joe Grayson helped my husband and I buy our Jetta. He is very knowledgeable about the cars. He asked us what we were looking for in a car and led us directly to the Jetta we purchased and could afford. He is polite, friendly, and is willing to help with any issues or questions with the car. Paul in the finance office was helpful in finding the right financing to fit our budget and was very knowledgeable in the different options. Spent quite a bit of time looking for a Jetta with a lot of specific features and found it here. Lucas Bruno worked with us via email a few days beforehand since we're 2 hours out of town. When we got there, he helped us through the whole process and everything went smoothly. Now we have exactly what we were looking for at a great price! Highly recommended!
Nick Hopkins made this so so so incredibly easy. It took me telling him I was looking for a car and then less than an hour later I had a car. He was willing to have it delivered to my door step, which if I hadn't been going to St. Louis the next day would have been the most amazing bit of customer care. He and Matt Janssen had me back on the road in no time and I can't thank you guys enough for making a super stressful time of losing my car to one of the most enjoyable shopping experiences. I adore my new Jetta so much guys!
