Okay as a car salesman I always do my best for complete and an experience second to none and TAKE CARE of my customers. Since I’ve purchased my vehicle and even asked to place a few things on the we owe form. They sold me the car then instantly tried charging me a week later to do an inspection on my car! worst service I have ever had when I have bought a car. No one will return calls manager will not stand behind his sales people . took 7 weeks to get a second key made for the used car we bought were told they would get it for us now after 7 weeks and 3 times sitting wait for the key person who never showed up they are making us pay for half the price of the key. nothing but problems and the run around with these people. never again.

Note to Self and Everyone else: Bommarito dealerships are unprofessional, disreputable, just downright shady. And the Easycare is a rip-off, so don’t purchase it or anything else from them. I’ve been I. Customer care for over 20 years and rarely have I ever seen a customer be so carelessly treated, and for no discernible reason other than they no longer cared about me as a customer since they’d already gotten the money from me that they wanted. #trulyshameful
