This has been the worst buying experience I’ve ever had. At first it was pleasant but turned sour rapidly. I went to pick up my brand new Tiguan and it had a pretty significant scratch on the door. They offered to fix it and wrote me a slip saying they would. So i drove it back a week later.... they weren’t able to fix it in house and claimed they needed to outsource to a body shop. Today I spoke with Dan Schultz. His customer service was amazing. He actively listened to my complaints, and worked hard to resolve the issues. He offered me compension for the inconvenience. He also empathized with my concerns during my frustration.
Terrible customer service in the sales department. Purchased a vehicle on 5/25 and still have 0 paperwork (on 6/30) to register/title the vehicle, which was to be mailed to us

Do not use this dealership! They will start the buying process with a vehicle, run the credit app which puts a hard hit on your credit history and then sell the car out from under you and then ghost you and not return any of your texts, emails or voice messages you left checking on the status. Unprofessional and no communication what so ever.

Scott and Shannon were awesome! They helped with the surprise for my college grad son with a newer Jetta than his '09. Even delivered to my home so I wouldn't be late for his parade. Now that's great customer service!
