Grossly overcharged from the quoted price for a thermostat fix. Completely crossed their own wires when it came to providing me with information and to keeping my appointment and being organized. Really let down.
When a problem arose with the used vehicle I purchased from them, they had great customer service to make things right. They went above and beyond to make sure I would be happy with the quality of service I received from them. Great job Jay and Dan L.! As being retail, I know good service when I see it. We will be back when it's time to get a new car for my husband.
Neil took great care of us! He was knowledgeable in the products patient and easy to get along with!
Been coming here for service almost four years. Until this visit I would have rated 5 stars. Been here almost 1.5 hours for their newer "express" oil change service. Seriously? Saddened.
