Dan our sales guy was great, but that's where the great service ended, bought an Armada from here after this dealership agreed to take care of 3 things that needed attention and get a second key fob. After initially having the vehicle for 10 days they only repaired 2 of the 3 things that we agreed on and "forgot" to get get us another key fob. THE WORST customer service. I purchased a Rogue in 2020, THE WORST customer service. I purchased a Rogue in 2020, I have called numerous times to talk to someone about an issue, left many messages and nobody calls back. We had issue during our buying process as well. Do not waste your time here. That Bommarito name isn’t as shiny as it used to be.

Waited for salesperson for 20 minutes. Decided on car, he started financing without discussing price. Told price is what is marked. We were paying cash.

My Murano now has 5000 miles on it, so I took it in for service a second time. It still rocks back and forth on the road. This time they drove it and verified that. They don't seem to take me seriously and told me its the 20" wheels. They said that the "low profile" tires will cause the car to rock. They must think I'm a dummy. It has factory wheels and tires and if all 20" wheels caused all cars to rock back and forth no one would have them on their vehicles. I am so grateful for Mark Eversgerd in sales. He did everything to find and put me in a car I LOVE within just a few hours! 💙 No pressure, sincerely listened to my needs and concerns. Showed me how to operate all the features once I’d made my decision-even had my new car driven home for me (as I had a loaner to drive) in time to drive myself to work in my New Rogue. Disappointing.I bought a car from here in January. The Disappointing. I bought a car from here in January. The buying process was fine and what you expect when going to a dealer. We worked with Dan Litton. The next the battery was dead. I chalked it up to the car sitting on the lot during the winter. I called Bommarito and followed their instructions for getting it replaced with the promise it would be reimbursed. I sent them my receipt and received a reimbursement for the battery itself.
