Our experience was not a good one, to say the least. Bommarito was not our first pick, it was our 3rd in fact. We were going to buy the same car, at around the same cost, with half the miles at Plaza Infiniti but unfortunately, they were having delivery issues and after waiting we decided to just get something that was available now. Last week we leased our 2nd Frontier truck from Bommarito. The first time we were assisted by Ted Dunn, this time by Damon Sleeper. Both gentlemen treated us like valued customers and did not pressure us at all. Their level of professionalism and product knowledge was exemplary. This was a third time we've purchased from Bommarito, good experience every time. We talked to Mark, who sold us my daughters Rogue a few years back and the car was prepped when we got to the dealer, after a test drive we signed the papers.
I recently worked with Angie Flamm and Carlos Lopez on my purchase of a new vehicle. Angie was very responsive and set me up with Carlos upon my arrival. Carlos was very welcoming and friendly. He took the time to listen to what I wanted and let us have time to walk around. He was very laid back during the entire process and was not pushy at all. Purchased a used car in October 2021. After having several problems with the service department I decided to cancel the extended warranty and sell the car. We cancelled the extended warranty March 4. The loan was paid off when the car was sold. I contacted the warranty company and was told the refund comes from the dealer so I went to the finance department and spoke to one of the finance guys. Dan our sales guy was great, but that's where the great service ended, bought an Armada from here after this dealership agreed to take care of 3 things that needed attention and get a second key fob. After initially having the vehicle for 10 days they only repaired 2 of the 3 things that we agreed on and "forgot" to get get us another key fob.
