Very pleasant experience at the Bommarito Nissan in Ballwin. We took our time looking around the lot at the new cars and when we were ready to talk with someone we were put in touch with two very helpful people, salesman Greg Kimbrell and Greg Frasca in finance. I would recommend anyone to go see them.
We were very impressed with Greg's help in purchasing our new car. He was very straight forward and answered all of our questions. He got us in and out as fast as he possibly could.
Greg made things very simple, there was no run around. He answered all questions quickly and minimized time needed in person being sensitive to covid for his elderly customer.
Our sales person Ted Dunn was knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in. He went out of his way to meet our needs prior to, during, and after the sale on our new Murano. Would highly recommend this dealership and sales person.
Mark is consistent making our experience buying a new car a painless process. We were not looking for a new car because I had been so happy with my Rogue Sport. But after test driving the 2021 Rogue we knew it was time to trade. Mark does a fantastic job. Great experience again! We appreciate Mark and the time he takes to make sure we are completely satisfied.
