I had a coupon for an oil change, so I made an appointment to bring my Armada in at 9:00. I arrived on time and checked in with no problem. The link that was texted to me to follow the status showed a status of checked-in and a completion estimate of 10:00. Around 10:20 the status still showed checked-in so I went back to the service writer's desk. Very easy to schedule, I arrived early and my truck was serviced immediately, kept me informed of the status of the oil change, washed the truck, very friendly towards me and answered all my questions.

They got me in and out of the service department quicker than what they had estimated. I got a free car wash. 10 out of 10 stars would get lube job again.
I take my car to Cherokee Nissan because they are honest and reputable. I had problems with other dealerships but feel very comfortable brining my car here.
