Beware of this letting agency and the old post office in Nefyn. Ceri Williams of Boltholes and the property owner Gill Schroeder find it "reasonable" to arrange for major building work during my 4 days stay. We were woken at 8am by 4 builders literally tearing the roof off part of the property to replace it. New joists, ply, felt, facias and fittings. This is not an exaggeration.
