We had a great time with the Bolsover Cruise team. Not only are we booking our holiday, these guys have all kinds of knowledge and deals at their fingertips. We finally ended with the cruise we wanted, but with an upgraded cabin and drinks package at a better price than we could have booked directly with the cruise company. We have used Bolsover numerous times in the past and always found them ok and so booked a cruise about 3 weeks ago. The agent we dealt with was very helpful. It is a fly cruise and we now find ourselves having so much trouble booking seats on the plane. Apparently P & O send manifests over to the airline in blocks and you can only book seats when this has happened. After speaking to someone on Saturday, who said they would call us yesterday and didn’t, they now say it will be 9 March before we can book as we booked the cruis... read more

Leigh has been incredibly helpful with booking our latest cruise. She listened to all our wants and requirements and came back with the perfect package the very same day. She is polite, informative and patient even when I’m asking all sorts of questions and hypothetical situations. We’re so grateful to have Leigh’s help and support. Can’t wait to set sail now!
