one word FANTASTIC! I contacted Boiler Genie after seeing their TV advert. I now have an air source heat pump system and solar panels fitted, which was all covered by the ECO4 grant scheme. The process from start to finish was seamless. Highly recommend this company. Thanks again Boiler Genie
Yet another pop up company,set up for government cash,then folds when cash runs out? Been stung before with these companies,do the work get the cash, then problems arise,but it's a new company now can't do anything.same director, same premises now moved onto another government scheme. Do your research before committing, cause your left on your own having to pay for servicing and repairs/ replacement a couple of years down the line
Made an appointment for them to visit my home. They called 2 days before to confirm but yet didn't show up and haven't heard from them since. Poor customer service. Will never contact them again
New ideal logic combi boiler installation this week. Really good customer service, keeping us informed of every detail Easy to contact and helpful Fitter service was excellent. Punctuality excellent. Did a first class job and gave advice as he went through the installation. Really competitive price too! Would recommend
