Excellent service, as always, from Matt. Clear and detailed explanations as to the work he would carry out to resolve our water pressure issues gave us 100% confidence in his knowledge and ability to 'sort us out' and our faith was not misplaced. Matt and Shaun are friendly, take pride in their work and left no mess. We have no hesitation in recommending Boiler Doctor.
Not a particually good experience of them. Called them out to a fault on a boiler at my sons property last week. £100 + for a 10 minute visit to then say you need a new boiler!!!!. Diagnosis was a type of air circulation fault / poss the fan or venturi. Various excuses, not to do it 1 - the boiler is old and not worth repairing. 2 parts for this boiler are now not available, and 3 my suspisions are that we need the fan housing out and looking at those bolts securing it they will probably snap once we touch them. Boiler Doctor have been looking after me for years now. Installation of new boilers, servicing, power flush, safety checks and fault diagnosis second to none (usually before arrival on site) Sammy is a great office manager and she makes sure Matt (the doctor)and team are in the right place at the right time and ensures customer service doesn't get ignored.
