Patrick and the team at BOHD are a breath of fresh air and a truly top tier management company. They are attentive, responsive, think long-term for your building and will go above and beyond for you as a resident/leaseholder. Patrick personally intervened for us in a number of difficult situations and resolved the issue every time. One of the best value service charges you'll likely find too. Could not recommend BOHD highly enough.

Bohd Management has been the managing agent for our block of flats for over five years, and their service has been outstanding throughout. I could not recommend BOHD Management enough, entirely due to the amazing work from Managing Director, Patrick. Our flat block switched from the worst possible management company to BOHD and it was a night and day difference. Thanks for Patrick's tenacity, he received a necessary form for our sale to successfully go through. Without his open communication and support, it would've fell through. I had no idea management companies were even this great!
