Great sessions delivered by Stuart! He is very knowledgeable and able to help with exercises and nutritional advice. Sessions cater to all fitness levels. Even had some physio afterwards and felt really looked after!
Im not the sort of person who uses a gym or does any sort of exercise. I was very sceptical, but i did a free trial, and now I love it . Give it a go, and it will change your outlook on fitness . The man who runs it is fantastic, so supportive of each and every person. His also very knowledgeable about fitness and health, and he makes the classes fun .
After 3 years I'm still loving it and with a max 8 people in a class its like having your own personal trainer. Stuart is an amazing instructor and very supportive and the people are super friendly
Can’t recommend Stuart and Bodywise enough - I’ve been members of commercial gyms in the past and this is something totally different. So inclusive, the sessions are fun and Stuart is a great trainer.
I’ve been a member of Bodywise for almost four years now, which is the longest I’ve ever had a membership anywhere. This is testament to Stuart’s class structures, which are designed to suit all abilities & also the atmosphere which is fun & engaging. The sessions Stuart designs provide a good variety of exercises which mean a full body workout in every session & I feel fitter & stronger as a result.
